ISO 9000 is the generic name for a group of standards relevant to Quality Management. ISO 9001:2000 is the specific standard that organisations can be assessed to and certificated. The full name of the standard is BS EN ISO 9001:2000.
Our approach is to develop quality management systems for organisations that are straightforward and user-friendly. Not only that, but they can also help to improve efficiency and teamwork, as well as allow certification (e.g. by BSI, CCAS, ISOQAR etc.).
We help clients to develop quality systems either from 'scratch' or to replace their existing and often counter-productive existing systems (there are thousands of systems out there which appear to have been written purely for the convenience of the consultant and assessment body! It's supposed to be for the benefit of the organisation!).

This allows the system to be held on a server/intranet, providing easy access by all personnel. In the interests of the environment and to reduce administration, fully electronic and paperless quality systems have been provided for our clients.
Whenever we develop quality management systems, we also provide a full 'hand holding' approach until the client is ready for assessment/certification. This involves a communication session utilising PowerPoint™ for staff, implementation assistance, conducting a full programme of audits and attendance & minuting of management review.
