Our Consultancy was established 1996 by the Senior Consultant, Rob Gill. This followed extensive quality management and previous consultancy experience. He is a Member of the Chartered Quality Institute (MCQI). The company specialises in provision of consultancy services to assist organisations achieve and maintain ISO 9001 and related standards (Quality Management Systems). More recently, this service has extended to ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems) and AS 9100 (Aerospace Quality Management).

 

 David Stevenson joined the organisation in mid-2006, following many years quality management/auditing experience.

 

The success of the company is based upon putting the needs and requirements of the client first. We realise that projects are not just about ‘achieving certification’, but ensuring that management systems are effective and efficient, and to minimise additional administration. Isodirect Ltd. have managed to combine client demands for effective process management along with their desire to achieve accredited certification; all clients following our programme have achieved certification at their first attempt.

 

Our systems meet the needs of today’s organisations, and are presented in a modern, user-friendly layout. We make extensive use of flowcharts to reduce documentation levels, and make systems easier to follow. Many clients request that their systems are presented in Adobe PDF format, to allow viewing by all employees with PC access. This is provided at no additional charge.

 

We were recognised as approved consultancy practitioners (ACP) by BSI in August 2006.
